Pastry chef Didier sets the standard for all our food. We make all our viennoisseries and pastries fresh with only the finest ingredients. Everything is made fresh at Le Patissier. Didier is from Lyon, France. The creation of all of our pastries is done with a skill and craftsmanship that are the result of years of training and practice. We take great pride in everything we create and serve to our customers.
