Chef Didier is hanging up the apron and we are retiring. <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Thank you all for your patronage over the years. We&#8217;re truly grateful for all the support we&#8217;ve received from the community since we opend our doors back in the mid-2000&#8217;s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our last day will be Saturday September 26th, and that will be it, fini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chef Didier, Trinidad &amp; Staff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Our Regular Hours&nbsp;<\/strong><br>Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 8:00 AM until 1:00 PM, or until we&#8217;re sold out (we make everything fresh each day).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Those 1AM start times are getting a little rough.
